My background
Before I became a coach, I spent over two decades in the thick of it.
I launched, built and led over 55 hospitality businesses
I worked directly with Jamie Oliver. And as Founding Director of Ole & Steen UK,
I took the brand from zero to £14 million, 250 employees and a private equity exit
— in under three years.

I've managed P&Ls, navigated investors, built teams, made mistakes,
and learned more from the difficult years than the good ones.

I tell you this not to impress you — but to explain why the work I do
is different to most coaching you'll have encountered.

I know what it feels like to be the person in the room everyone expects to have the answer.

I know what pressure does to you over time. I know what it costs to build something
and what you sometimes lose along the way.

Seven years ago I shifted into coaching. I've never been more certain
I'm doing exactly what I should be doing.

My role is simple: give you the space, perspective and honest challenge
to make the decisions that matter most. Then stay in your corner while you make them.
