The work is one-to-one and completely confidential. I'm not a passive sounding board. I'll challenge you when it matters, stay in your corner throughout,
and work with the whole of you — not just the professional version.
My clients often say they open up here more than they have in other settings.
That's not because I push — it's because the space is genuinely safe.
I bring 20 years of real commercial experience into every conversation.
I've built businesses from scratch, led teams of 2,500, navigated private equity,
and done exits. I know the pressure because I've been in the room.
The notes I send after every session keep our work alive between calls.
And I'm available between sessions — not just in them.
